More Great News On The Exercise Front

There's more great news for those of us who want to exercise but not spend a whole lot of time doing it. The first time I got really excited about the "less is more" philosophy was when I read and put into practice (as best I could) the ideas in the book Body For Life. In that book, twenty minutes of intense exercise was key instead of doing longer, lower intensity cardio sessions. Hey, I like "less is more".
