We have tried many things to prevent a hangover when getting ready for a big celebration like New Year's Eve and many to no avail. Now research at a university in South Korea recently published in the Journal of Food Science finds that asparagus may be the answer! That's right, asparagus! A couple spears before you head our for you party night could prevent the dreaded hangover. Apparently the amino acids and minerals found in the green veggie are the key to hangover prevention.
