MADONNA posted a photo of her son Rocco boxing . . . and called him the N-word.
Madonna's caption read: Quote, "No one messes with Dirty Soap! Mama said knock you out! #Dis[N-word]"
Apparently, Madonna started getting heat right away, because she deleted the first caption, and changed it to: Quote, "OK, let me start this again. Get off my [D-word], haters!"
Later, Madonna came to her senses and released an apology saying, quote, "I'm sorry if I offended anyone . . . it was not meant as a racial slur. I'm not a racist.
"There's no way to defend the use of the word. It was all about intention. It was used as a term of endearment toward my son, who's white. I appreciate that it's a provocative word and I apologize if it gave people the wrong impression."
PS - She'll be performing this Sunday at The Grammy's on CBS 12 at 8.
And another dumb thing out of the mouths of Hollywood....
The current "bachelor" JUAN PABLO GALAVIS said that a GAY version of "The Bachelor" would be BAD FOR THE CHILDREN. He said, quote, "I don't think it is a good example for kids to watch that on TV."
He also added that gay couples are, quote, "more pervert in a sense," and said a gay bachelor would be, quote, "too hard to watch."
Later, he "clarified" his statement on Facebook . . . saying, quote, "The word 'pervert' was not what I meant to say and I am very sorry about it.
"English is my second language . . . and sometimes I use the wrong words . . . what I meant to say was that gay people are more 'affectionate' and 'intense,' and for a segment of the TV audience this would be too racy to accept."
ABC and the show's producers responded by saying, quote, "Juan Pablo's comments were careless, thoughtless and insensitive, and in no way reflect the views of the network, the show's producers or studio."
What was up with Mattew McConaughey!?
Over the weekend Matt won Best Actor award for "Dallas Buyers Club" at the "Screen Actors Guild Awards, and his acceptance speech went to some weird places.
He started talking about the "magic spot" an actor can get into when he finally transforms himself into the character he's playing.
Then he talked about a guy who escaped Russia in a hand-made boat.
Our favorite show Modern Family took home the award for Best Ensemble in a Comedy Series....and Sophia Vergara accepted the award for the cast and thanked her boobs.
She had a bouncing baby boy!
Actress LAURA LINNEY from "Mystic River" and "The Big C" gave birth to a baby boy last Wednesday. He's the first child for Laura and her husband Marc Schauer. They named him Bennett Armistead Schauer.
